Guidelines

Welcome! You have enrolled in a great spiritual adventure.

…I am aware of the Divine within me…I know that this is accessible to all. —Ernest Holmes

Here are a few guidelines to ensure a good start for your class:

Plan to come a little early to the first class. You will get a workbook with the class curriculum at the first class.  Please bring a 3 ring binder with you.

Buy the books you’ll use online ahead of time or in class.

If you find you can’t attend the first class, please notify the instructor .

After the first class, notify the teacher of any anticipated or emergency absences. On the “day of,” you may leave a message for instructor.

Plan to attend all classes, as successful completion requires a limited number of absences – your teacher will inform you of the absence policy in the first class.

Withdrawal from classes requires notifying the instructor.

Education Ministry Refund Policy

All classes have a non-refundable and non-transferable registration deposit of $45.

To drop a class prior to the first class meeting, call the instructor.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days, less the $45 deposit.

Students who attend the first class and pay tuition are entitled to a full refund (less the $45 non-refundable deposit) if they formally give notice of their intent to withdraw after the first session and before the second session.

Students must also notify the teacher that they are dropping the class. The student workbook are to be turned in to the teacher. A refund will be issued through the Treasurer. If the student wishes to keep the workbook, $10 will be deducted from the refund.

All refunds are prorated on a per class basis (except the first class if the drop occurs before the second class), based on the number of classes elapsed. The $45 non-refundable portion is deducted prior to calculations. No refunds will be made after 50% of the classes have taken place. No refunds will be made if the student fails to notify the teacher  within 2 weeks of dropping the class. A student who simply stops coming to class is not entitled to a refund several weeks or months later.

If additional installment payments (or prorated portion) are due the Center at the time the student drops, those payments must be made within 2 weeks of dropping the class. If any amount due remains unpaid, the student may not enroll in any additional classes until all tuition is paid.

Sample refund:
$200 for 10-week class = $20 per class.
Student dropped after third class and before fourth and turned in a re-usable workbook:
$200
-$45 non refundable deposit
-$60 for three classes @ $20 each
= $95 REFUND

If a student drops after the fifth class, there is no refund.
